SEE IT LIVE
Our Atlassian Experts will highlight product functionality through Joint Application Design sessions (JADs). We’ll use Jira to manage your implementation allowing all users to become more familiar with the product interface.
READ NOW, REFERENCE LATER
We’ll provide reference materials so you’re never in the dark about how to use Atlassian solutions. These materials are online documents that users can reference as needed to identify functionality in the Atlassian system.
WATCH YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS COME ALIVE
We may implement configurations in a demonstrative manner. We’ll configure your business needs right in front of you using the Atlassian products. This may include creating custom fields and adding them to the appropriate screens.
LISTEN AND LEARN
For larger user groups that need training, KL&A can facilitate lectures when a workshop-style approach may not be as effective. We’ll organize and control the flow of information so that your users are not overwhelmed.
VIRTUAL REALITY TRAINING
Learn and implement Jira configurations through a hands-on approach – no fancy headset required! We will identify the topics that require workshop-style training, set up sandbox environments and projects, and explain and demonstrate the approach for a specific configuration.
YOUR TURN TO DRIVE
Hop in the driver’s seat of the configuration car while we ride shotgun. Our experts may employ a training by observation approach which allows your staff to implement a set up under KL&A’s supervision. Think of this like the drivers ed you took in high school, but better!

Are you going to dedicate a browser tab to Jira/Confluence because you’ll use it regularly?
We’ll make sure you know how to use it with confidence! System users will receive a mix of workshop and lecture-style training. This will help them understand how to navigate the Atlassian system and manage their workloads.
OTHER USERS
Planning to be a casual user from time to time?
Anyone that will use the system to raise requests or incidents may receive reference materials that explain how to do so. We expect this pool of users to be larger than the administrator and system user pools so reference materials may be the preferred method.
