Set Out For Discovery
Before touching any of Jira’s configurations, one of our Atlassian Certified Experts will work with you to identify the specific functions and business needs that are required to support your objectives. We won’t take your time for granted. The discovery phase allows us to hit the ground running to identify the best set up that will work for your entire organization.
Stop, configure & listen
Once Discovery is complete, our specialists will take the specifications produced from that phase and configure them in your Jira workspace. Your custom-tailored tool will be set up to outfit your organization with powerful software. Our teams may use this time to leverage additional training opportunities so that you can gain experience maintaining your Jira site as it is being created. Check out Training for more information.
Sweet, Sweet Validation
Once configuration of a project or module is complete (or near completion), we will work with you to verify your Atlassian tool is a perfect fit. During this phase, we will validate that the original objectives are fulfilled by the configuration our team creates. You’ll be hands-on in your new workspace to gain an understanding of how to manage your work and get comfortable with the tools.

When we work with you, we divide your high-level objectives into smaller packages called “releases.” These releases can consist of something as large as a project implementation to something as small as configuring a specific module in a project. We try our best to structure releases so that we can measure them in weeks, not months.
So while the answer may depend, we can assure you that once we get into a project, we’ll have a nice and shiny structured timeline.
