Staffed business analysts, test managers, testers, test coordinators, and user acceptance test administrators to establish quality assurance/testing best practices, standards, and key performance indicators across the state’s largest department for multiple IT solutions.
DEPARTMENT OF TECHNOLOGY, MANAGEMENT, & BUDGET:
Project Sigma PMO Support - Statewide project management support.
Coordinated across 30+ agencies with weekly status meetings with the Governor and their board to support a $175M+ statewide Enterprise Resource Planning implementation replacing a1994 financial system, ensuring budgeting, accounting, and modernization were on track.
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:
Children's Behavioral Health Program and Strategic Initiatives – Program and project management staffing.
Staffed a program manager, project managers, business analyst, and scheduler to deliver governance, integrated schedules, executive reporting, and compliance tracking for children's behavioral health expansion and department-wide strategic initiatives.
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES:
Strategic Integration Administration - Enterprise portfolio and planning integration.
Delivered project management and day-to-day tactical support for public health initiatives, including COVID Mobile Vaccines, working with departmental partners to assess and implement effective solutions on tight timelines to meet specific public health goals.
