Sure, we have a unique culture here at KL&A. It contributes to everything we do and defines who we are. It’s even a big factor in our hiring process. We not only want to make sure that you are a good fit for us, but that we’re a good fit for you. However, we’re not like other companies. We don’t plaster posters all over the office that tell our employees who we are or how to act. We don’t need to. Our employees know they are our most valuable asset because we show it in how we treat them.
