Staffed business analysts, test managers, testers, test coordinators, and user acceptance test administrators to establish quality assurance/testing best practices, standards, and key performance indicators across the state’s largest department for multiple IT solutions.
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT:
Licensing Portal Solution – Full software development life cycle and project management services.
Developed the new hunting and fishing license system, coordinating the successful implementation of a modern platform that streamlines over 40 types of license sales to enhance the customer experience for over 100,000 business annually.
DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - REVENUE SHARING & GRANTS DIVISION:
Full software development life cycle services, including large data migrations.
Replaced a 25-year-old legacy system and manual processes with one centralized platform that automates calculation of 15,000+ annual revenue sharing payments ($1.2B+) and 3,200 personal property tax reimbursements.
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT - PESTICIDE AND PLANT PEST MANAGEMENT DIVISION:
Inspection, Notification, Tracking, Enforcement, and Licensing System – Full software development life cycle and project management services.
Developed an Agile, web-based system to replace paper processes and legacy databases, providing multiple divisions with role-based workflows to track registration, licensing, inspection, and enforcement for pesticides, feed, and nurseries.
